Barren Land to Rich Biodiversity

Creating forest by growing trees is the purpose of . In 2013, this was a barren land with limited biodiversity. A part of land's top soil was completely degraded.

Our initial experiments of growing trees was not very successful. We have started growing Mulching plants and used Jeevamirtham. The southern part of the land was eroded heavily.

Our constant effort started giving results. We took care of the saplings. We allowed the grasses and bushes to grow. Slowly our tree species started responding. We have started rainwater Harvesting.

Now we can see our trees are 15 feet height in average. We have started observing different type of birds , butterflies , insects. The journey is continuing.

We are not going to harvest trees. We will let them grow. Raju posing proudly with trees.
